Notification triggers
This notification is generated when a system ID conflict is detected in a received LSP.
The SNMP agent generates this notification only when it detects more than five system ID conflicts within two minutes. This can prevent the agent from generating too many hh3cIsisSystemIdConflict notifications within a short time.
System impact
The LSP might be continuously refreshed, resulting in route flapping.

Recommended action
To resolve the issue:
1.Locate and edit the conflicting system ID to make sure that each device in the IS-IS topology has a unique system ID.
2.If the issue persists, collect alarm information and configuration data, and then contact H3C Support for help.
