通过对进入MPLS网络的报文进行流量监管，可以限定报文的传送速率，避免网络拥塞的发生，并可以对报文重新标记优先级。关于流量监管的具体配置请参见“ACL和QoS配置指导”中的“QoS配置”。
(1) 进入系统视图。
system-view
(2) 进入接口视图。
interface interface-type interface-number
(3) 在接口上应用MPLS CAR。
qos car { inbound | outbound } any cir committed-information-rate [ cbs committed-burst-size ] [ green action | red action | yellow action ] *
