1.Execute the display mac-address mac-move command to view the MAC address move records, and check whether physical Layer 2 loops exist on interfaces.
- If physical Layer 2 loops exist, remove these loops. If MAC address moves occur frequently after you remove the loops, perform step 2.
- If no Layer 2 loop exists, perform step 2.
2.Collect alarm information and configuration data, and then contact H3C Support for help.
