Web operation FAQ
Q. Why is the device version displayed on the Web interface sometimes inconsistent with the current version after the device is upgraded or downgraded?
Browsers have a caching mechanism that stores previously requested data on the device to speed up browsing. When a visitor requests the same page again, the browser can display the data from the local disk. After the device version is updated, the currently cached files might not be consistent with the webpage of the device. To ensure data consistency between the device and the local, clear the cache to allow the browser to request data from the device again.
Q. Why are the Web traffic logging and traffic statistics pages are empty even though the device has forwarded traffic?
To use traffic logging and traffic statistics features, execute the session statistics enable command to enable session statistics collection for software fast forwarding.
Q. Why does traffic monitoring display no data and fail to be updated in real time?
The auto refresh feature is not enabled. You need to manually click the refresh button or enable auto refresh as follows:
1. Click the set icon in the upper right corner of the corresponding widget.
2. Enable auto fresh and set the auto refresh interval to 10 to 180 seconds.
