H3C Cloudnet platform
About H3C Cloudnet platform
H3C Cloudnet platform is a new IT operations platform targeted at Wi-Fi operations companies, O2O enterprises, and medium- and small-sized enterprises.
H3C Cloudnet platform merges H3C WLAN products into one platform, allowing for online network monitoring, device O&M, O2O services operation, and seamless incorporation with third-party platforms. It offers the following benefits:
· Manageability—Allows users to monitor the entire network in real time for fast failure location and troubleshooting, deploy services as needed to monitor employee and user traffic, and tune your running services accordingly.
· Reliability—Provides only monitor and deployment services and does not process network services. When the network connection is unavailable, the system enables the portal fail-permit feature immediately so that authenticated users can continue to access the network and unauthenticated and new users can access the network without being authenticated. In addition, the Cloudnet platform is deployed across data centers for data backup and it uses the microservices architecture for distributed deployment to ensure uninterrupted services.
· High security—Uses UniCloud for deployment and provides attack protection, ACL, vFirewall, application firewall, and database access control to ensure application and data security.
· Cost effective—Provides tenants with free network management and authentication services in the cloud and incorporated third-party services. Users can customize the third-party services as needed, and only some applications are charged.

Logging in to the Cloudnet platform
You can visit https://oasiscloud.h3c.com through a browser or download the mobile app named Cloudnet App Int to access the Cloudnet platform.
Cloudnet features
Cloudnet provides network management, O&M, and service components features.
Network management
Cloudnet provides the following network management features:
· Manage H3C wireless, switch, router, and IoT devices incorporated on the platform.
· View user profiles and statistics.
· View the dashboard and O&M information.
· Configure devices: software upgrade, file system, configuration restoration, network configuration, service configuration, security configuration, and user access authentication configuration.
· View alarm logs, operation logs, login logs, and system notifications.
· Manage accounts and user roles.
· Control open platforms and service enablement states.
Smart O&M
Administrators can view the O&M information about incorporated online wireless devices, including device basics, device health statistics, wireless channel usage heatmap, client critical events, and client experience details. The information will significantly reduce the time cost for network inspection and provide effective data support for solving network problems.
Service components
This section provides functions for various scenarios, such as PPSK authentication, hotel management, and user grouping.
