oap client close
Use oap client close to shut down an OAP client.
Syntax
oap client close client-id

Parameters
client-id: Specifies an OAP client by its ID in the range of 1 to 255. Client IDs are assigned by the OAP manager to OAP clients to uniquely identify the clients.
Usage guidelines
This command applies only to OAP clients on Linux.
When you execute this command for a client in registered state, the OAP manager sends a shutdown notification to the specified OAP client. The client stops after receiving the notification. When you execute this command for a non-existent client, an error message appears.
Examples
# Shut down OAP client 1.
<Sysname> system-view

Parameters
minutes: Specifies the clock synchronization timer value in minutes, in the range of 0 to 1440. Setting this argument to 0 disables clock synchronization.
Usage guidelines
The clock synchronization timer regularly triggers the OAP manager to send clock and time zone synchronization notifications to OAP clients. These notifications keep the clients' clocks synchronized to the manager's clock.
Examples
# Set the clock synchronization timer to 20 minutes.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] oap timer clock-sync 20
oap timer monitor
Use oap timer monitor to set the client monitoring timer.

Parameters
seconds: Specifies the client monitoring timer in seconds, in the range of 0 to 10. Setting this argument to 0 disables client monitoring.
Usage guidelines
The client monitoring timer regularly triggers the OAP manager to send client monitoring packets to OAP clients.
Examples
# Set the client monitoring timer to 6 seconds.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] oap timer monitor 6
