alarm-detect
Use alarm-detect to enable an alarm and set the action to take when the alarm is triggered on a DWDM interface.
Use undo alarm-detect to restore the default.

Parameters
fec-tca: Specifies the FEC threshold crossing alarm.
odu-ais: Specifies the ODU alarm indication signal alarm.
odu-lck: Specifies the ODU locked alarm.
odu-oci: Specifies the ODU open connection indication alarm.
opu-plm: Specifies the OPU payload mismatch alarm.
otu-biae: Specifies the OTU backward incoming alignment error alarm.
otu-sd: Specifies the OTU signal degradation alarm.
otu-lom: Specifies the OTN loss of multiframe alarm. This alarm is generated if the OTU-OOM alarm lasts for 3 ms.
otu-oom: Specifies the OTN out of multiframe alarm.
pm-bdi: Specifies the ODU path monitoring backward defect indication alarm.
pm-tim: Specifies the ODU path monitoring TTI mismatch alarm.
r-lof: Specifies the OTN loss of frame alarm.
r-los: Specifies the OTN loss of signal alarm.
r-oof: Specifies the OTN out of frame alarm.
sm-bdi: Specifies the OTU section monitoring backward defect indication alarm.
sm-iae: Specifies the OTU section monitoring incoming alignment error alarm.
sm-tim: Specifies the OTU section monitoring TTI mismatch alarm.
all: Specifies all alarms.
Usage guidelines
This command enables the device to shut down a DWDM interface when an enabled alarm is triggered on the interface.
If you execute this command multiple times, the most recent configuration takes effect.

dwdm [ interface-number ]: Specifies a DWDM interface number. If you specify only the dwdm keyword, this command displays information about all DWDM interfaces. If you do not specify the dwdm keyword or the interface-number argument, this command displays information about the following interfaces:
· CE1/PRI interfaces.
· CE3 interfaces.
· CPOS interfaces.
· CT1/PRI interfaces.
· CT3 interfaces.
· DWDM interfaces.

Usage guidelines
FEC improves the transmission reliability and signal transmission distance by using an algorithm to correct errors in data transmission.
You must set the same FEC mode on the DWDM interfaces at the two ends of a link.

threshold recover-coefficient recover-power: Specifies the recovering threshold for the FEC-TCA alarm, in the format of xe-y. The recover-coefficient argument specifies the value of x, an integer in the range of 1 to 9. The recover-power argument specifies the value of y, an integer in the range of 1 to 8.
interval recover-time-interval: Specifies the detection interval for clearing the FEC-TCA alarm. The value range for the recover-time-interval argument is 10 to 100 seconds, and the step is 10 seconds.
Usage guidelines
The FEC-TCA alarm recovering threshold is set in scientific notation xe-y. The meanings of the parameters are as follows:
· x—Coefficient.
· e—Integer 10.
· -y—Power of e.

Usage guidelines
During startup, the switch automatically creates a DWDM interface for each 100-GE interface that supports OTN. You can configure OTN settings on DWDM interfaces. The OTN settings take effect after you enable OTN mode on the corresponding Ethernet interfaces.
An interface operating in OTN mode transmits packets of the G.709 frame format.
You must enable OTN mode on the Ethernet interfaces at the two ends of a link.

reset counters controller dwdm
Use reset counters controller dwdm to clear bit error statistics on DWDM interfaces.

coefficient: Specifies the bit error rate coefficient (x in xe-y). The value range for this argument is 1 to 9, and the default value is 1.
power: Specifies the bit error rate power (y in xe-y). The value range for this argument is 1 to 8, and the default value is 6.

odu-pm: Specifies the ODU-PM TTI.
otu: Specifies the OTU TTI.
expected: Specifies the expected TTI.
sent: Specifies the sent TTI.
ascii: Uses the ASCII format.
value: Specifies a TTI string in the format of SAPI/DAPI/operator-specific identifier. The maximum length of the TTI string is 64 characters. The maximum length of the SAPI string is 15 characters. The maximum length of the DAPI string is 15 characters. The maximum length of the operator-specific identifier string is 32 characters. Segments of the TTI string are separated by a forward slash (/). You can omit a segment by not entering the corresponding string.
Usage guidelines
For a link, make sure the sent TTI of one end is the same as the expected TTI of the other end.
The TTI must contain a minimum of two forward slashes (/).
