The Ministry of Education released a Notice on the Smart Education Demonstration Area Construction Program, which requires the construction and application of smart education demonstration areas, integration and innovative development of education informationization, reform and innovation on education ideas, patterns, content, and methods, improvement of the regional education level, exploring and accumulating of advanced experience and success cases, and development of new paths and patterns for supporting and driving the education modernization.

A set of data standards and a learning platform for advanced studies: H3C joins hands with Central China Normal University to deliver a teaching management system according to national data standards and construct a teacher platform for advanced studies that meets national standards.

The smart education demonstration area in the Minhang District of Shanghai is a representative work of excellent results produced jointly by H3C and UNIS Education Institution. With the support of H3C's solution for smart general education, the smart education demonstration area in Minhang District rolled out the "1258" Plan: a cloud platform for smart education, two assistants (AI study partner and AI assistant), five types of users (administrator, teacher, student, parent, and citizen), and eight major scenarios (classroom teaching, individualized instruction, curriculum selection, campus activities, club participation, practical work, family-campus interaction, and discipline experiment). The smart education demonstration area in Minhang District is speeding up efforts on achieving the goal of "Data-Driven Large-Scale Individualized Instruction Demonstration Area".
