    Before upgrading, check if the firmware matches the backplane, and the backplane 0302 code is consistent with the firmware 0302 code. The method is as follows:

    A: Viewing Backplane 0302 Encoding from HDM Interface

    B: Viewing Backplane 0302 Encoding from SDS Log

    Download and extract SDS  Open Static folder  Board_ Info.ini file  [FrontBackplane1] BoardPartNum

    After the Expander is updated, you must power off and then power on the host for the new firmware to take effect.
