Notification triggers
This notification is generated when a static CRLSP goes down. Possible reasons are as follows:
MPLS disabled on an interface
MPLS TE disabled on an interface
Route change
Tunnel binding associated with the CR-LSP deleted
Inbound interface Down
Outbound interface Down
Tunnel associated with the static CR-LSP has been shut down
Static CR-LSP configuration update
The bound ring is invalid
Others
System impact
If traffic is transmitted on the MPLS TE tunnel that uses the static CRLSP, traffic interruption will occur.
If no traffic is transmitted on the MPLS TE tunnel that uses the static CRLSP, there is no impact on services.
Status control
ON
CLI: Use the snmp-agent trap enable te-private scrlsp-up-down command.
OFF
CLI: Use the undo snmp-agent trap enable te-private scrlsp-up-down command.

Recommended action
1.Execute the display mpls interface command to display MPLS interface information and check the output from the command for the following information:
- Whether the outgoing interface exists and whether its status is up if the alarm is generated on the ingress node of a static CRLSP.
- Whether the incoming interface exists and whether its status is up if the alarm is generated on the egress node of a static CRLSP.
- Whether the outgoing and incoming interfaces exist and whether their status is up if the alarm is generated on the transit node of a static CRLSP.
2.Perform the following tasks as required:
- If the interface is not up, check the interface.
- If the interface does not exist, enable MPLS on the interface. Enable MPLS TE on the interface if it is not enabled.
3.If the interfaces exist and are in up state and the alarm is not removed, go to the next step.
4.Execute the display current-configuration interface tunnel interface-name command on the ingress node to check the tunnel configuration.
- If the tunnel configuration is correct, go to the next step.
- If the destination address for the tunnel interface is not consistent with that of the static CRLSP, execute the destination command in tunnel interface view to change the destination address for the tunnel interface.
- If the signaling protocol of the tunnel interface is not static, execute the mpls te signaling static command to change the signaling protocol for the tunnel interface to static.
5.If bandwidth settings are configured for the static CRLSP, execute the display current-configuration interface interface-name command to check the maximum bandwidth and maximum reserved bandwidth for the outgoing interface.
- If the configuration is correct, go to the next step.
- If the available bandwidth of the outgoing interface is smaller than the bandwidth required by the static CRLSP, execute the mpls te bandwidth max-reservable-bandwidth command in interface view to increase the bandwidth for the outgoing interface. If the alarm is not removed, go to the next step.
6.Collect alarm information and configuration data, and then contact Technical Support for help.
