Flow mirroring commands
IMPORTANT: For information about the commands except the mirror-to command in this chapter, see QoS policy commands in ACL and QoS Command Reference. |
The number of flow mirroring configurations supported on an interface module varies by interface module type. A flow mirroring configuration mirrors the inbound or outbound traffic of one or more source interfaces to a designated destination interface. The destination interface is configured by using the mirror-to command in a traffic behavior used by a QoS policy. The source interfaces are the interfaces to which the QoS policy is applied.
A maximum of four flow mirroring configurations are supported on the following interface modules:
· NSQM1MBFEA0.
· NSQM2MBFDA0.
· NSQM1TGS32QSSG0.
· NSQ1CGC2SE0.
· NSQM2QGS4SC0.
· NSQ1QGS4SF0.
· NSQ1TGS32SF0.
· NSQM2TGS16SF0.
· NSQ1TGS8EA0.
· NSQM2GP24TSSC0.
A maximum of four inbound flow mirroring configurations plus a maximum of four outbound flow mirroring configurations are supported on the following interface modules:
· NSQ1GP24TXEA0.
· NSQ1TGX4EA0.
· NSQ1GP48EB0.
· NSQ1GT48EA0.
mirror-to interface
Use mirror-to interface to configure a mirroring action that mirrors traffic to an interface.
Use undo mirror-to interface to delete a mirroring action that mirrors traffic to an interface.
Syntax
mirror-to interface interface-type interface-number
undo mirror-to interface interface-type interface-number
Default
No mirroring actions exist to mirror traffic to interfaces.
Views
Traffic behavior view
Predefined user roles
network-admin
context-admin
Parameters
interface-type interface-number: Specifies an interface by its type and number.
Usage guidelines
You can execute this command multiple times for a traffic behavior to mirror traffic to different interfaces.
Examples
# Create traffic behavior 1 and configure the action of mirroring traffic to GigabitEthernet 1/0/1 for the traffic behavior.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] traffic behavior 1
[Sysname-behavior-1] mirror-to interface gigabitethernet 1/0/1
