Interface information
Introduction
The Interface Information page displays the current state and detailed information for each interface on the device.
Possible physical link states of an interface include the following:
· UP—The interface is both administratively and physically up.
· DOWN—The interface is administratively up, but its physical state is down (possibly because no physical link exists or the link has failed).
· ADM—The interface is administratively down because the interface has been shut down by the administrator.
· Invalid port—The interface has been assigned to a virtual device exclusively. Some unknown reasons might also cause this interface state.
