Restrictions and cautions
For browsers
To get better display, use browsers Google Chrome 57 or higher.
For the operating system
Set the time zone in the operating system to Shanghai East 8 district.
For device version compatibility
· Compatible device versions are D032 and D045.
· Configure the device to use the local time in the log timestamp. If you configure the device to use the standard GMT, the log timestamp displayed on the SMP will be different from that on the device.
· The system supports receiving a maximum of 10000 log messages per second from devices. Exceeding logs will be dropped.

· Condition: None.
· Workaround: None. Contact Technical Support for help.

· Condition: This symptom occurs when you generate logs in the Chinese version and switch from the Chinese language to the English language.
· Workaround: None. This issue does not affect the functionality of the feature and will be fixed in a later version

· Symptom: Monitored Asset > Service Settings> Intrusion Prevention Deletion Error
· Condition: Concurrent synchronous operations.
· Workaround: During concurrent operations, there is a delay in policy deletion. If an error occurs, wait 30 seconds and refresh the page. The policy will be properly deleted and will not affect usage.
