Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan Visits H3C to Launch a New Chapter in National Digital Healthcare Development

China, Hangzhou, Aug 18-19,2025- A high-level delegation led by Mr. Omonov Olim Murodullayevich, Deputy Minister of Health of Uzbekistan, conducted a two-day in-depth visit and technical exchange at the Hangzhou headquarters of H3C. Mr. Gary Huang, Gary Huang, Co-President of H3C and President of International BG, hosted the delegation. The two parties engaged in extensive discussions on key topics, including digital healthcare infrastructure, smart healthcare solutions, and future technological cooperation. The visit culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a significant step forward in Uzbekistan's national digital healthcare journey.

Uzbekistan is currently at a critical stage of comprehensive healthcare system reform, aiming to enhance the quality and accessibility of medical services through digital technology. The digitalization of healthcare has been elevated to the strategic height of national modernization transformation. In the released "Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy", digitization of healthcare is one of the core goals of public health reform, aiming to establish a medical and social security system that fully meets the needs of the people and international standards.

During the signing ceremony, Mr. O. Omonov stated that the partnership aims to build a secure, efficient, and intelligent digital healthcare infrastructure. This initiative will comprehensively improve healthcare service standards, optimize resource allocation, and provide citizens with more convenient and higher-quality medical services.

Mr. Gary Huang noted that this MoU is a significant milestone for H3C in the Central Asian market and sets a new precedent for digital collaboration between the two regions. H3C will leverage its full-stack technological expertise in cloud computing, big data, intelligent networks, and proactive security to build a future-oriented smart healthcare ecosystem for Uzbekistan.

Prior to the MoU signing, the delegation, led by Mr. O.Omonov, visited the H3C Innovation Experience Center and the Future Factory to gain a firsthand understanding of H3C's advanced capabilities.

At the Innovation Experience Center, the delegation learned about H3C's full-stack innovations, which span Cloud-Network-Security-Computing-Storage-Endpoints. They also explored H3C's comprehensive smart healthcare solutions and global success stories, including telemedicine, digital pathology, smart healthcare data security, and smart hospital management. These solutions clearly demonstrated how H3C empowers the healthcare industry by effectively addressing its pain points.

The delegation also visited the H3C Future Factory, where they experienced the highly automated, intelligent production process and stringent quality management system. The advanced equipment, precise manufacturing processes, and H3C's relentless pursuit of excellence left a deep impression on the delegation.

The visit included representatives from UZINFOCOM of Uzbekistan, along with Mr. Wang Qiong from director of SINOSURE Zhejiang Branch, Mr. Zhang Ke, General Manager of H3C's International Financial Mgt. Department, and Mr. Yan Kuo, General Manager of H3C's Uzbekistan Rep. Office, Key Account Manager among others.
