In compliance with the European Data Act (EU Regulation 2023/2854), H3C, as a manufacturer, provides the following information about product data generated by our connected products, including details on the types of data generated by our connected products, the formats in which data is stored, and the methods available for users to access or delete this data.
Based on Eu Data Act, Product Data means data generated by the use of a connected product that the manufacturer designed to be retrievable, via an electronic communications service, physical connection or on-device access, by a user, data holder or a third party, including, where relevant, the manufacturer.
The type of data produced by H3C’s connected products may varies by product category, and depends on equipment type, user behavior patterns.
We’ve categorized available datasets by products and provide approximate daily data generation estimates for each.
