    Usage guidelines

    SDS logs can be downloaded in HDM-1.11.19 and later versions.

    The LSI-9300 and LSI-9500 storage controllers do not support collecting storage controller logs.

    Cautions

    Since the collected logs occupy a large amount of disk space, make sure the sufficient drive space is available.
