Recently, the Phase II low-voltage integration project of the Vietnam T&W Production Base, one of the most important overseas production bases of Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Stock Co., Ltd., was officially delivered.
As the general contractor of this project, H3C Technologies Co., Ltd. for the first time fully exported the mature domestic standardized low-voltage integration system to the overseas market, providing turnkey services from design, equipment supply, construction and installation to commissioning and acceptance, thus setting a new benchmark for Chinese intelligent infrastructure providers expanding globally.

Integration Structure to Solve the Problem of Multi-system Collaboration
As Chinese manufacturing enterprises accelerate their internationalization process, newly built overseas factories have raised higher requirements for intelligent infrastructure, demanding the reduction of management complexity while ensuring production safety and operational efficiency.
In this project, it faces the complex requirements of parallel and interfaced construction of seven sub-systems, including: Structured Cabling, Networks, Surveillance Video, Card Access, Perimeter Alarm, Background Music, and the Data Center.
H3C adopts an integrated strategy of "unified architecture, unified interface, and unified delivery", comprehensively planning the deployment paths and technical interfaces of each system. It effectively avoided pipeline conflicts and space waste, and common issues such as unclear responsibilities and system fragmentation in multi-vendor docking.
The project uses structured cabling as a common infrastructure platform, with each subsystem sharing the cable tray path and equipment room. The entire production base has 330 information points, over 140 wireless APs, 450 high-definition surveillance video devices, and over 150 ACPs, all of which are incorporated into unified IP planning and power supply design.
Meanwhile, the data center is constructed to a high standard, equipped with a dynamic environment management system and UPS equipment based on the H3C IC8000 intelligent micro-module solution to ensure 7×24-hour stable operation. This end-to-end integration not only shortens the commissioning cycle but also significantly enhances the interconnection capabilities between systems.

Facing challenges and Building a Resilient Delivery System
As a rapidly growing emerging manufacturing hub, Vietnam's industrial environment has distinct local characteristics:
Key equipment is generally dependent on cross-border supply, with customs clearance processes subject to local regulations and technical certification requirements.
While local construction resources are abundant, specialized division of labor is still evolving, necessitating enhanced procedural guidance for high-precision ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) craftsmanship.
Meanwhile, the overall project pace is frequently influenced by factors such as civil engineering progress, the rainy season, and supply chain fluctuations.
In response to these characteristics, the H3C project team has adopted a series of location-specific response strategies in aspects such as solution design, progress management, quality management, and support systems.
Advance detailed design and scope locking: Complete 100% point confirmation and comprehensive pipeline diagrams before construction starts, implement the "scope locking" to minimize on-site changes to the greatest extent possible, and ensure progress and cost.
Critical Path Schedule Management: The Critical Path Method (CPM) is used to identify bottlenecks, implement the interspersed construction strategy of "trunk first, end synchronous", establish a ±7-day deviation early warning mechanism, optimize the customs clearance process, prepare standardized customs clearance documentation templates in advance, and coordinate with local Vietnamese agents to pre-review documentation, significantly reducing the time equipment spends at the port.
Full-chain quality closed-loop: From design standards (such as AP deployment, equipment coverage rules), material acceptance, certification-based employment to construction technology, the entire process is under control; system-level testing covers network, monitoring, access control, and data centers, with a reserved trial operation window to fully verify stability.
Efficient collaboration mechanism: Establish a clear structure of "project manager, team leader, and professional construction worker", with core processes remotely supported by original equipment manufacturers' experts. Through issue tracking sheets and regular meetings, risks are identified early and decisions are responded to quickly, ensuring that construction quality meets standards.

Standardized Output Ensures Consistent Quality
The successful implementation of the Vietnam T&W Electronics Production Base Project lies not only in the integrity of technology integration but also in precisely adapting a structured and replicable project management system to the local implementation environment in Vietnam, for the first time fully exporting the domestic mature weak current integration standard system to overseas markets. From material acceptance upon arrival, construction process specifications to system-level joint debugging tests, the entire process strictly adheres to the same project standards, significantly reducing future management costs and operational risks. This delivery capability of "maintaining standards and service levels" is becoming the core consideration for enterprises when choosing technology service partners for their internationalization initiatives.
The key of overseas intelligent factory construction lies in the deep integration of standardized frameworks with localized adaptability. Only through such synergy can enterprises ensure steady progress, excellence in construction, and operational efficiency, thereby fortifying a robust digital foundation amidst global competition. Looking ahead, H3C will leverage its end-to-end ELV integration system, standardized project management methodology, and cross-regional collaborative delivery capabilities to actively support the global expansion of Chinese enterprises, joining forces to empower local digital transformation.
