According to relevant requirements, the MinXing District Health Commission in Shanghai actively promotes the migration of various services such as pharmaceuticals, health, hygiene, and imaging to the cloud. It is committed to building a regional medical center and a closely-knit medical consortium to enhance the overall level of health services in the city. The current data center of the Xuhui Health Commission has a long usage life for buildings and power lines, but there are shortcomings in power supply guarantee, safety, and support for operation and maintenance, which have been evident year by year.
In a strong collaboration, H3C and Shanghai Telecom, fully understanding the policy requirements of the Xuhui Health Commission, have initiated projects based on the commission's policies. The project is guided by the commission's policies, taking into consideration the existing business deployment environment and the deployment requirements of new businesses such as medical consortiums, imaging clouds, health cabins, etc. It aligns with the current construction goals of the Health Commission.
