NOTE: In this documentation, base cards refer to the CR-SPE-3020-E cards, and EF interface cards refer to the CR-SPC-XP8LEF, CR-SPC-XP4LEF, CR-SPC-GP48LEF, and CR-SPC-GT48LEF cards. In this documentation, SPC cards refer to the cards prefixed with SPC, for example, SPC-GT48L, and SPE cards refer to the cards prefixed with SPE, for example, SPE-1020-E-II. |

Description
Use the qinq enable command to enable basic QinQ on a port or a group of ports.
Use the undo qinq enable command to disable basic QinQ.
By default, basic QinQ is disabled on ports.
A basic QinQ-enabled port tags received frames with its port VLAN (PVID) tag.
Configured in Layer 2 Ethernet interface view, the command takes effect on the interface only.
Configured in Layer 2 aggregate interface view, the command takes effect on the aggregate interface and the member ports in its aggregation group.
Configured in port group view, the command takes effect on all ports in the port group.
Examples
# Enable basic QinQ on GigabitEthernet 4/1/1.

Description
Use the qinq ethernet-type command to configure the TPID in the outer VLAN tag on a port.
Use the undo qinq ethernet-type command to restore the default.
The default TPID for the outer VLAN tag on a port is 0x8100.
Configured in Layer 2 Ethernet interface view, the command takes effect on the interface only.
Configured in aggregate interface view, the command takes effect on the Layer 2 aggregate interface and the member ports in its aggregation group.
Configured in port group view, the command takes effect on all ports in the port group.
To change a non-default TPID value to another non-default TPID value, you must first restore the default TPID value (0x8100) on an SPE card a base card, but you can directly change the TPID value on an SPC card an EF interface card.
Examples
# Set the TPID value in the outer VLAN tags to 0x9100 on GigabitEthernet 4/1/1.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] interface GigabitEthernet 4/1/1
[Sysname-GigabitEthernet4/1/1] qinq ethernet-type 9100
# Set the TPID value in the outer VLAN tags to 0x9100 on all ports in port group 1.
