Recommended action
Take the corresponding action according to the failure reason indicated in the trap message:
1. Use the dir command in user view to check the free storage space. If the free storage space on the device is not sufficient, delete unused files by using the delete /unreserved command to free storage space.
2. If the storage medium becomes read-only due to some faults, back up the files in the storage medium, and then use the fixdisk command to repair the storage medium.
3. If log file overwrite-protection is enabled, the device stops saving new logs when no log file space is available. In this case, use the undo info-center logfile overwrite-protection command to disable log file overwrite-protection, so the device can overwrite old logs to save new logs.
4. If the issue persists, collect alarm information and configuration data, and then contact H3C Support for help.
