3. Please choose between Anti-Counterfeit Query for "Unit" (Section II) and Anti-Counterfeit Query for "Module, Hard Drive, Memory and CPU" (Section III) depending on the product(s) you purchased.

Special note: If a wrong query page is chosen, after the product information is input for query, the following prompts will be displayed on the page "H3C Product Anti-Counterfeit Query" as shown in Figures 3 and 4.

1. Applicable products:

A. H3C 0200-series products: H3C 20-digit serial number started with "210200……"

C. H3C 0235-series products: H3C 20-digit serial number started with "210235……"

D. H3C 9801-series products: H3C 20-digit serial number started with "219801……"

2. On the page "H3C Product Anti-Counterfeit Query" shown in Figure 5, click "Unit" and enter the page "Anti-Counterfeit Query for Host" as shown in Figure 6.

3. Fill in the blanks below one by one on the page "Anti-Counterfeit Query for Host" as shown in Figure 6:

A. "Barcode" line: Please fill in the H3C 20-digit serial number (started with “210200……”, “210150……”, “210235……” or “219801……” but without "SN:") displayed on the product body label, as shown in Figures 7, 8 and 9.

4. About query results:

A. If the barcode is queried for the first time and authenticated, the response is this: "Hello! This is a correct serial number (SN) of the device sold by New H3C." as shown in Figure 11.

B. If the barcode is queried for the second time or more and authenticated, the response is this: "Hello! This is a correct serial number (SN) of the device sold by New H3C. The serial number (SN) has been verified N-1 times. It was first verified on YYYY-MM-DD." as shown in Figure 12.

III. "Anti-Counterfeit Query for Module, Hard Drive, Memory and CPU" Page:

1. Applicable products:

A. H3C 0231-series products: H3C 20-digit serial number started with "210231……"

B. Special note: For H3C's three major server/storage products (hard drive, memory and CPU), their H3C 20-digit serial number may be started with “210231……” or with “210620……”, “210621……”, “210625……”, “214102……” or “219806……”; or the two types of H3C 20-digit serial number are both assigned.

2. On the page "H3C Product Anti-Counterfeit Query" as shown in Figure 13, click "Module, Hard Drive, Memory or CPU" and enter the page "Anti-Counterfeit Query for Module, Hard Drive, Memory and CPU" as shown in Figure 14.
