H3C and Cyber University of Uzbekistan Partner to Advance Digital Education and Cybersecurity Innovation

BEIJING, CHINA, July 9, 2026 — H3C and Cyber University of Uzbekistan today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at H3C’s headquarters in Beijing to strengthen collaboration in cybersecurity education, intelligent infrastructure, and digital innovation. The signing ceremony was attended by Kayumov Shukhrat Shukurovich, Rector of Cyber University, and Gary Huang, CEO of H3C and President of International BG, who engaged in strategic discussions on future cooperation.

Under the MoU, H3C and Cyber University will leverage their respective strengths to advance cooperation in cybersecurity training platforms, smart campus infrastructure, and joint technology innovation. Through this partnership, the two organizations aim to accelerate digital talent cultivation and support the development of Uzbekistan’s cybersecurity and digital education ecosystem.

Established in 2025 under the “Digital Uzbekistan 2030” strategy, Cyber University is the first and only higher education institution in Central Asia dedicated exclusively to digital security.

During the ceremony, Rector Kayumov Shukhrat Shukurovich recognized H3C’s strong capabilities and extensive experience in AI, Cybersecurity, and digital transformation. He highlighted Cyber University’s commitment to developing a national-level cyber range and advanced research platforms, and expressed expectations for deeper collaboration with H3C in high-performance computing, digital education solutions, and intelligent infrastructure.

During the visit, the delegation toured the H3C Innovation Experience Center, where they explored H3C’s latest innovations and practical applications in intelligent computing, intelligent connectivity, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
