Video Description
This case illustrates how to view call history and call report information.
Before you can view call history information, you must set a VCX device managed by the VSM as a billing server. The call history information to be displayed is actually the call detail record (CDR) on the billing server.
Experiment Environment
l Ensure that the target VCX device is operating normally and has processed some calls.
l Ensure that the SSH settings on the VCX device are consistent with those on the iMC.
Recommended Configuration Flow
Step1 Set a VCX device as a billing server
Step2 View call history
Step3 View the call distribution report within a specific time range
