Chapter 1  Product Overview

1.1  Overview

The EPON (Ethernet passive optical network) products developed by Hangzhou H3C Technologies Co., Ltd.（H3C） include OLT (optical line terminal) devices and ONU (optical network unit) devices. The EPON network, consisting of the H3C S7500 series switch serving as OLT device, optical splitter and Aolynk ET series ONU devices, provides solutions such as complete fiber to the home (FTTH) and fiber to the building (FTTB).
