Spring Cloud configuration workflow

Procedure		Description
Create a Spring Cloud microservices engine		Select an AZ and create a Spring Cloud engine. The engine provides governance functions only to applications in the AZ.
Create an application group		Select the created Spring Cloud engine and create a Spring Cloud application group.
Download a tool		Download Spring Cloud Java development template framework and SDK dependency packages.
Make and deploy software packages	Develop services	Develop services based on the downloaded Java development template.
	Build software packages	Build codes into a Jar, War, or Helm, package, or container image.
	Upload software packages	Upload the software package or container image to the software center. For information about uploading a container image, see "Upload an image." For information about uploading a Jar, War, or Helm package, see "Upload an application package."
	Create an application	Deploy the uploaded software package or container image to a Spring Cloud application group.
Monitoring		Monitor service status and status of links between services.
Governance		Perform service governance based on service monitoring information.
