Parameters
slot slot-number: Specifies an OAP card on a member device of an Intelligent Resilient Framework (IRF) virtual device. The slot-number argument takes the member ID of the member of the IRF virtual device, and its value ranges depend on the number of member devices and there member IDs.
system system-name: Specifies the system name of the OAP card on the certain device. The system-name argument specifies the OAP system name of the card in the form of SubSlotX with X as the slot number of the OAP card. For example, the system name of the OAP card in slot 3 is SubSlot3.
Description
Use the oap connect command to redirect from the switch to the software system of the specified OAP card.
When this command is executed, the terminal display interface is switched from the command line interface (CLI) on the switch to the operating interface of the software system of the OAP card, and you can manage the system and application software on the OAP card.
To return from the software system on the OAP card to the CLI of the switch, press Ctrl+K.
Examples
# Redirect from the device to the software system of the OAP card in slot 3 of the member device 1.
<Sysname> oap connect slot 1 system SubSlot3
Press CTRL+K to quit.

Description
Use the oap reboot command to restart the software system of the specified OAP card.
Examples
# Restart the software system of the OAP card in slot 3 of member device 1.
<Sysname> oap reboot slot 1 system SubSlot3
This command will recover the SubSlot3 from shutdown or other failed state.
Warning: This command may lose the data on the hard disk if the SubSlot1 is not
being shut down! Continue? [Y/N]:y
Reboot SubSlot1 by command.
