As the school expanded and the number of students and staff increased, several network challenges emerged:
- The existing network equipment had been in use for many years and was becoming outdated, making an upgrade urgent.
- The original network lacked enterprise-grade wireless infrastructure and relied on consumer routers for internet access. And the unauthorized connection of personal devices by users made network management and security increasingly difficult.
- Deployed the EWP-WX3510H wireless controller for unified management, enabling seamless roaming and wireless coverage in required areas. Equipment was integrated into the Oasis platform, providing various authentication methods.
- Utilized the S5500V2-24P-WiNet as the core switch. Through coordinated networking between devices and one-click automated deployment, functions such as device configuration management, network topology management, user access authentication, and access control were easily achieved.
After implementing H3C's solution, the previously disorganized network was significantly improved. The wired network became more stable, and the newly built wireless network provided secure internet access, superior performance, and seamless roaming, receiving positive feedback from the school.
