Operators are administrators of the UIS Manager. To ensure system security, only operators who pass identity authentication (password or LDAP authentication) can log in to the UIS Manager. The operations that an operator can perform are determined by the permissions assigned to the operator.
The IP address of the terminal of an operator who has three failed login attempts is locked out for one minute by default. You can edit the maximum number of failed login attempts and the lockout period in "Configure system parameters."
An operator has the assigned permissions as well as the permissions of the operator group to which the operator belongs.
After you edit an online operator, the new settings take effect when the operator logs in to the UIS Manager again. After you delete an online operator, the operator cannot use the UIS Manager any more.
Operator admin is the super administrator of the system and have all permissions.
Operator admin is automatically created when the system is set up and cannot be deleted.
