Perform this task to configure the SMTP server.
SMTP provides mail services based on FTP and is mainly used to transfer system mails and notifications.
The system does not support domain configuration for the mail server.
On the top navigation bar, click System, and then select Parameters > Mail Server from the navigation pane.
Configure the mail server parameters as described in "Parameters."
Click Test Deliverability to check the mail server settings.
Click Save.
Server Address: Enter the IP address of the SMTP server.
Port Number: Specify the TCP port number of the SMTP server.
Protocol: Select SMTP or SMTPS, depending on your server configuration.
Authentication: Enable or disable identity authentication. If you select On, configure the following parameters:
Username: Enter the username for accessing the SMTP server. This parameter is required if you enable identity authentication.
Password: Enter the password for the user to access the SMTP server. This parameter is required if you enable identity authentication.
Sender Address: Enter the email address of the sender.
