On the top navigation bar, click System.
From the left navigation pane, select Alarm Center > Alarm Config > Alarm Notice.
Click Create Alarm Notification Rule.
Configure the alarm notification parameters.

Specify the name of the alarm notification. |

Email Recipients |
Configure the email addresses of notification recipients. For the system to send mail notifications correctly, you must first configure a mail server connection as described in "Configure email notification settings" in initial configuration. |

Phone Number |
Configure the phone number of notification recipients. For the system to send SMS notifications correctly, you must first configure SMS server connection as described in "Configure SMS notification settings" in initial configuration. |

User Label |
Add user labels. If you enable alarm notifications, the system will send alarm notifications for the specified users if the user labels of an alarm rule match those configured for the alarm notifications. |
