You can connect the system to third-party platforms to provide alarm and workflow approval notification services to users.
Once configured, the notification service settings cannot be deleted, but you can enable, disable, or edit the settings. |
On the top navigation bar, click System.
From the left navigation pane, select System Settings > Basic Settings > Notification Settings.
Click Configuration in the Email Service Connection area.
Configure the email service connection parameters.

Click OK.
Click On or Off in the Email Service Connection area to enable or disable email notification service.
Before clicking OK to apply SMS notification settings, you can click the test button to first verify the availability of the SMS feature. |

The WeChat notification service depends on the Internet, so you must configure public IP and domain name settings before using the WeChat notification service. If the system is in an internal network, you must perform the following tasks before connecting the system to WeChat: · Configure DNS and NAT settings. · Map port 80 of the public IP to port 11460 of the system service IP. |
