Assign an existing elastic IP address to a resource

For the prerequisites of performing this task, see "Restrictions and guidelines."

 

1. On the top navigation bar, click Cloud Services, and then select Elastic IPs from the Network menu.

2. Click More for an unassigned elastic IP address and then select Allocate.

3. Select a resource type tab.

4. Click the  icon for a resource.
