Application HA relies on cluster HA. UIS Manage monitors all hosts and VMs in an HA-enabled cluster and obtains state of processes through CAStools installed on the OS of each VM. Application HA provides the following services:
Display real-time availability state of application processes.
Generate an alarm and recover a failed process by restarting the process or VM to reduce the service interruption time.
