You can start, shut down, edit, delete, and export endpoints, clear endpoint groups on schedule, and edit the endpoint group for endpoints.

From the navigation pane, select Endpoints > Endpoints & Groups. You are placed on the endpoint overview page. Or, click an endpoint group name under the Overview menu to open the endpoint group info page.
Start or shut down endpoints:
To bulk start or shut down endpoints, select one or multiple endpoints from the endpoint list, and then click Start or Shut Down.
To start or shut down an endpoint, click Start or Shut Down in the Actions column for that endpoint, and then click OK in the dialog box that opens.

Restart endpoints:
To bulk restart endpoints, select one or multiple endpoints from the endpoint list, and then click Restart.
To restart an endpoint, click Restart in the Actions column for that endpoint, and then click OK in the dialog box that opens.

In the Actions column for an endpoint, click More and then select Edit.
Edit the parameters, and then click OK.
Before deleting IDV and VOI endpoints, make sure they have not been bound to desktop pools. |

Delete endpoints:
To bulk delete endpoints, select one or multiple endpoints from the endpoint list, click More, and then select Delete.
To delete an endpoint, click More and then select Delete in the Actions column for that endpoint, and then click OK in the dialog box that opens.
· To view summary and performance monitoring information for an endpoint on the endpoint details page, you must first enable the endpoint to report monitoring information. · In a stateful failover system, navigate to System > Failover System Management > Configuration Check to select shared storage before you enable an endpoint to report monitoring information. |

Enable or disable monitoring info reporting:
To enable an endpoint to report monitoring info, click More in the Actions column for the endpoint and then select Set Monitor Info. In the dialog box that opens, select On for Report Info, and then set the report interval. Click OK.
To disable an endpoint from reporting monitoring info, click More in the Actions column for the endpoint and then select Set Monitor Info. In the dialog box that opens, select Off for Report Info, and then click OK.
Perform this task to clear the current monitoring information for the specified endpoints. If monitoring info reporting is enabled for an endpoint, the system will display the endpoint's monitoring information on the endpoint details page again after it collects the monitoring data.
To clear endpoint monitoring information:
From the navigation pane, select Endpoints > Endpoints & Groups. You are placed on the endpoint overview page. Or, click an endpoint group name under the Overview menu to open the endpoint group info page.
Clear endpoint monitoring information:
To bulk clear endpoint monitoring information, select one or multiple endpoints and then click More above the endpoint list. Select the Clear Monitor Info option. In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
To clear monitoring information for a specific endpoint, click More in the Actions column for the endpoint and then select Clear Monitor Info. In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
Perform this task to edit the aliases of endpoints displayed in Space Console. The aliases will be automatically generated according to the specified alias prefix and start number. The aliases are only displayed in Space Console and do not affect other functions.
To edit endpoint display names:
From the navigation pane, select Endpoints > Endpoints & Groups. You are placed on the endpoint overview page. Alternatively, click an endpoint group name under the Overview menu to open the endpoint group info page.
Select the endpoints for which you want to edit the alias, click More and then select Edit Alias.
Edit the parameters, and then click OK.
From the navigation pane, select Endpoints > Endpoints & Groups. You are placed on the endpoint overview page. Or, click an endpoint group name under the Overview menu to open the endpoint group info page.
Click More and then select Export Endpoints.
Perform this task to automatically clear the endpoints that do not have any cloud desktops assigned when the retention period expires.
From the navigation pane, select Endpoints > Endpoints & Groups.
Click More and then select Clear on Schedule.
Set the retention period. To disable scheduled clearing, set the retention period to 0 days.
In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
If an endpoint is moved between endpoint groups for the Workspace client and the Learningspace client, delete the endpoint from its original endpoint group, and then reassign the endpoint to the target endpoint group. |

Select one or multiple endpoints from the endpoint list, click More, and then select Edit Endpoint Group.
Select the endpoint group to which you want to add the endpoints, and then click OK.
This feature is available only for VDI endpoints.

Collect logs for endpoints in bulk or for a specific endpoint. You can view the collected logs on the "Endpoint logs" page.
To bulk collect logs for endpoints, select one or multiple endpoints from the endpoint list, click More and then select Collect Logs, and then click OK in the dialog box that opens.
To collect logs for an endpoint, click More and then select Collect Logs in the Actions column for that endpoint, and then click OK in the dialog box that opens.
Endpoints in the denylist cannot use cloud desktops.

Select one or multiple endpoints from the endpoint list, click More, and then select Add to Denylist.
