The endpoint logs record the operations performed by the user on the endpoint. Perform this task to view, regularly clear, delete, or download endpoint logs.
From the navigation pane, select System > Logs > System Logs > Endpoint Logs.
Click a log file to view the detailed endpoint log information.
Perform this task to clear endpoint logs exceeding the retention period on schedule. By default, the endpoint logs are cleared at 2:00 am.
From the navigation pane, select System > Logs > System Logs > Endpoint Logs.
Click Clear on Schedule above the endpoint log list.
In the dialog box that opens, set the retention period for logs. The value range for the retention period is 0 to 30 days. The default value is 7. If you use 0 as the retention period, the logs are cleared in the current day.
Click OK.
From the navigation pane, select System > Logs > System Logs > Endpoint Logs.
Perform either of the following tasks:
To delete multiple endpoint logs, select desktop logs and then click Delete above the endpoint log list.
To delete a single endpoint log, click Delete in the Actions column for the target endpoint log.
In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
From the navigation pane, select System > Logs > System Logs > Endpoint Logs.
