Display VM performance monitoring information

Perform this task to view the following information of a VM: CPU usage, memory usage, I/O throughput statistics, network throughput statistics, disk I/O delay, disk request statistics, CPU frequency, disk usage, number of connections, and partition usage. If a VM is attached to a GPU or vGPU device, you can also view the GPU/vGPU usage, video memory usage, encoding rate, and decoding rate.

ARM hosts do not support the display of the following information: partition usage, GPU/vGPU usage, video memory usage, encoding rate, and decoding rate.

Restrictions and guidelines

Procedure

  1. On the top navigation bar, click Compute.

  2. From the left navigation pane, select Resource Navigation > All > Resources > Host Pool Name > Host Name > VM Name or Compute > Host Pool Name > Cluster Name > Host Name > VM Name.

  3. Click the Performance Monitor tab.

  4. To export detailed performance monitoring information, click Export Original Data.
