Perform this task to view console information, such as VM UUID, VNC port, MAC address, and IP address, for a VM.
Before opening the Web console, verify that VNC proxy is enabled and the IP address of UIS Manager is configured as the proxy server address if the login method is HTTPS.
On the top navigation bar, click VMs. If multiple clusters exist in the system, you must also select a cluster from the left navigation pane.
Select a VM, and then click the Console tab.
Console
UUID: UUID of the VM. The UUID uniquely identifies a VM in UIS.
VM State: State of the VM.
Host IP: IP address of the host to which the VM is attached.
VNC Port: VNC port number for logging in to the VM.
Remote Desktop
MAC: MAC address of the VM.
IP: IP address of the VM.
Actions: Actions that operators can perform on the remote desktop. If the target VM uses a Windows operating system, you can click the icon to download a remote desktop file and then connect to the VM by using the file if remote connection is enabled for the VM and network settings for the VM are correct.
