You can configure a QoS policy and attach the policy to a block device to limit the IOPS or bandwidth that the block device can use, preventing the block device from occupying too many resources.
Configure QoS policy parameters based on service needs to improve the overall storage service quality.
A QoS policy in abnormal state cannot be edited.
To delete a QoS policy, you must first detach the policy from all block devices.
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Storage > QoS Policy Management from the left navigation pane.
Click Add.
Configure the parameters as described in "Parameters."
Click OK.
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Storage > QoS Policy Management from the left navigation pane.
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Storage > QoS Policy Management from the left navigation pane.
Configure the parameters as described in "Parameters."
Click OK.
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Storage > QoS Policy Management from the left navigation pane.
In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
Perform this task to restore a QoS policy in abnormal state.
To restore a QoS policy:
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Storage > QoS Policy Management from the left navigation pane.
In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Storage > QoS Policy Management from the left navigation pane.
In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
Creating/editing a QoS policy:
QoS Policy Name: Specify a name for the QoS policy.
IOPS Upper Threshold/Bandwidth Upper Threshold: Specify the IOPS or bandwidth upper limit for a block device or each GB of a block device.
Viewing QoS policies:
Name: QoS policy name.
Upper Threshold: IOPS or bandwidth upper limit in the QoS policy.
