Introduction

Perform this task to configure Cloudnet parameters. After you add this device to the Cloudnet platform and complete the Cloudnet parameter settings on the device, the device will automatically connect to Cloudnet and be incorporated by Cloudnet. Then, the network administrator can manage the device through the Cloudnet platform.

Cloudnet includes public cloud and private cloud.

Connect to Cloudnet as shown in the following figure:

Procedure

  1. From the left navigation pane, select System> Network Management > Cloudnet.

  2. Enable the Connect to Cloud Platform switch.

  3. Select a Cloudnet as needed:

    • If you select the Public Cloud option, it means connecting to H3C Cloudnet.

    • If you select the Private Cloud option, perform the following tasks:

      • Enter the domain name of Cloudnet (for example, cloudnet.h3c.com) in the Domain Name field.

      • Enter the port number that Cloudnet uses to provide external services in the Port Number field.

  4. Click Submit.

Unbind a device forcibly

If the system prompts that the device has already been bound to another user when you add a device to the Cloudnet platform, follow these steps to unbind the device from the other user:

  1. Click the Appeal button on Cloudnet to obtain the unbinding verification code.

  2. Log in to the device. From the left navigation pane, select System > Network Management > Cloudnet.

  3. Click the Force Unbind button.

  4. In the Unbinding Verification Code field, enter the unbinding verification code obtained.

  5. Click Submit.
