The user operation logs record operations performed by the user on the cloud desktop, including logging in to the client, disconnecting, rebooting, shutting down, snapshotting, and cloud desktop renaming in the office scenario and class taking and dismissing, self-study, endpoint deployment in the education scenario. Perform this task to filter, clear, and export user operation logs.
From the left navigation pane, select Monitor Reports > Logs > User Operation Logs.
Click Filter.
In the dialog box that opens, configure the parameters as described in "Parameters."
Click OK.
Username: Username for logging in to the client.
Source: Log source. The log source includes device type, device name, management IP address, or user IP address.
Time: Time when the log was reported.
Type: Log type.
From the left navigation pane, select Monitor Reports > Logs > User Operation Logs.
Click Clear.
In the dialog box that opens, select a date for the Clear Logs Before field.
Click OK.
From the left navigation pane, select Monitor Reports > Logs > User Operation Logs.
Click Export.
In the dialog box that opens, specify the day.
The system will download the logs generated before the specified days.
Click OK.
