Endpoint denylist

From this menu, you can view the endpoints in the denylist or remove endpoints from the denylist. The denylist is used only for controlling user access to desktops.

  • If you add an endpoint to the denylist when the client on the endpoint is not logged in, users cannot log in to the client.

  • If you add an endpoint to the denylist when the client on the endpoint is logged in and desktops are disconnected, users can operate the client but cannot use the desktops.

  • If the client on the endpoint is logged in and a user is using a desktop from an endpoint, when you add the endpoint to the denylist, the user is logged out of the desktop and returns to the client window immediately.

  1. From the left navigation pane, select Endpoints > Endpoint Resource Management > Endpoint Denylist.

    All denylisted endpoints are displayed.

  2. To remove endpoints from the denylist, select one or multiple endpoints, and then click Remove.

  3. In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
