Perform this task to check the system for operating and performance issues and any other risks that might negatively impact VM services. On detection of any exceptions, the system automatically provides recommended actions to help you maintain or restore system health. In addition, you can ignore the alarm metrics that do not require attention in the monitoring center,. The system does not report the alarms generated for the ignored alarm metrics.
If you do not have all administrator permissions, some inspection items are not detected during health inspection. Use the super administrator account or an operator account with full resource permissions for the inspection.
On the top right of the page, click Hot Key, and then select Health Check.
Select health check options, and then click Start. After completing the health check, the system displays all exceptions and risks, if any. Click an exception or risk item to view its detailed information and obtain recommended actions.
To cancel a health check, click Stop.
To perform a new health check, click Recheck, reselect options, and then click Start.
On the top right of the page, click Hot Key, and then select Health Check.
Click Select Alarms to Ignore.
