On the top navigation bar, click Cloud Services, and then select Security Groups from the Network menu.
Click a security group name.
Click the Inbound Security Group Rules or Outbound Security Group Rules tab, and then click Create.
Configure security group parameters as described in Table-1.
Click OK.
