On the top navigation bar, click Cloud Services, and then select Multi-Cloud Container Management from the Container Service menu.
From the left navigation pane, select Main Cluster Instance Management.
Click Add Instance.
Configure the parameters as described in "Parameters."
Click Create.

Cluster Management Network Type |
Select a network type for the management network of the main cluster instance. You can click Create Classic Network or Create VPC to create new classic networks or VPCs. For more information, see classic network management or VPC management in cloud service guide. |

Cluster Management Network VIP |
Configure this parameter when cluster VIP is enabled. The IP address must be an unused IP address in a subnet of the selected classic network. |

Dual-NIC |
Enable dual-NIC to separate the management network and service network. In the current software version, you can enable dual-NIC only for classic networks. The service network type is classic network by default. |

Classic Network |
Select a classic network as the cluster service network when dual-NIC is enabled. You can click Create Classic Network to create new classic networks. |
|
|
Cluster Service Network VIP |
Configure this parameter when dual-NIC is enabled. The IP address must be an unused IP address in a subnet of the selected classic network. |

|
Enable Failover |
When the failover feature is enabled, you can select a backup cluster when creating a Deployment. When the primary cluster fails, the backup cluster will take over to run applications. |
