On the top navigation bar, click Cloud Services, and then select Elastic IPs from the Network menu.
From the left navigation pane, select Advanced Settings > Elastic IP Flavors.
Click Create Flavor.
Configure the flavor parameters.

Step Value |
Specify a step value. The difference between the maximum bandwidth and the minimum bandwidth must be greater than and be divisible by the step value. This parameter is available only when the value type is Continuous. For example, provided that the bandwidth range is 10 to 20 and the step value is 2, the bandwidth options are 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20. |
