Recover and delete backup tasks

You can move undesired backup tasks to the recycle bin and recover them back to the backup task list. To delete a backup task completely, move it to the recycle bin and delete it.

You cannot move an executing backup task to the recycle bin.

 

1. On the top navigation bar, click Cloud Services, and then select Backup from the Compute menu.

2. Click More for a backup task and then select Move to Recycle Bin.

3. In the dialog box that opens, click OK.

Recover a backup task

1. On the top navigation bar, click Cloud Services, and then select Backup from the Compute menu.

2. From the left navigation pane, select Advanced Settings > Recycle Bin.

3. Click Recover for a backup task.

4. In the dialog box that opens, click OK.

Delete a backup task

Deleting a backup task also deletes its backup data.

 

1. On the top navigation bar, click Cloud Services, and then select Backup from the Compute menu.

2. From the left navigation pane, select Advanced Settings > Recycle Bin.

3. Click Delete for a backup task.

4. In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
