You can set access permissions for different users, such as view and control permissions.
On the top navigation bar, click Business Apps, and then select Application Groups from the App Management menu.
Click an application group name.
Click the Access Control tab.
Click Add.
On the window that opens, select permitted users and access permissions, and click OK.

By default, the system assigns the Create permission to admin users. This permission cannot be edited or deleted. Other users can have the Control and View permissions. |

Click an application group name.
Click the Access Control tab.
Click Edit for an access control rule.
On the window that opens, add or reduce access permissions, and click OK.
Perform this task with caution. Deleting an access control rule will cause users to be unable to perform operations on applications. |
