View detailed information about a node

Perform this task to obtain information about a controller or worker node, its resource usage, pods, and events.

  1. Open the container cluster page, as described in "View detailed information about a container cluster."

  1. Click the Nodes tab.

  1. Click a node IP link.

Parameter

Description

Basic Info

State

Operating state of the node.

Node Type

Controller node or worker node.

Started At

Date and time when the node started up.

Labels

Labels assigned to the nodes for categorization purposes.

Resource Usage

Total CPU and memory capacity and their usage.

 

Network Traffic Monitor

Network Flow (Tx)

The rate (in Mbps) at which the node transmits messages.

Network Flow (Rx)

The rate (in Mbps) at which the node receives messages.

Disk Read/Write Rate

Disk Write Rate

Disk write rate on the node.

Disk Read Rate

Disk read rate on the node.

Disk Partition

Size of each disk partition on the node and its used capacity.

Pods

Displays information about each pod on the node.

To open the remote configuration shell or log of a pod, click Remote or Log, respectively.

To move a pod on a heavily loaded node to a lightly loaded node, click Drain for that node. The pod will stay on the node if the cluster does not have a suitable node.

Events

Displays alarm events on the node, including their severity, event description, and type. To delete an event, click Delete in the Actions column for that event.
