The system time of all nodes used for cluster creation must be consistent with the master cluster, with a time difference of less than 10 seconds.
To create a container cluster for applications or services:
Make sure you have a minimum of three nodes to act as the controller nodes, with one being the master node.
Install a system ISO image on each node.
On the top navigation bar, click Resources.
From the left navigation pane, select Containers.
Click Create Cluster.
Configure the cluster:
Parameter |
Description |
Cluster Name |
Assign a name to the cluster. |
Description |
Enter a description of the cluster for the ease of management. |
VIP |
Specify the virtual IP (VIP) at which the cluster is accessible. |
Master Node |
Enter the IP address of the master controller node. |
Controller Nodes |
Enter the IP addresses of non-master controller nodes. You must add a minimum of two non-master controller nodes to a container cluster. To add more non-master controller nodes, click Add. Make sure the total number of the master controller node and non-master controller nodes is odd. |
Then, the system automatically tests network connectivity and node availability.
