The cluster monitors the application performance and automatically scales up as defined in the configured scaling policy to maintain a steady performance.
· Autoscaling is not available for BMS nodes in the cluster. · Only one scaling policy is supported by each cluster. |
Autoscaling management contains the following tasks:
On the top navigation bar, click Cloud Services, and then select Cloud Container Engine from the Container Service menu.
From the left navigation pane, select Clusters.
Click the name of a cluster.
Click the Autoscaling tab.
Click Add Scaling Policy.
Configure scaling policy parameters as needed.

Specify the maximum number of nodes that can be added to a cluster. The system stops scaling up the cluster when this upper limit is reached. The value must be greater than the current number of nodes in the cluster and cannot exceed the maximum number of nodes that can be added to the cluster. |
Node Settings |
Configure node name, CPU, memory, system disk, and login password settings as required. |
Policy Settings |
Configure the CPU and memory thresholds for automatic scaling. |
